Quality Management

Quality is the number one priority and the foundation of "Laser Systems" philosophy.

In 2024 the company received a Government award for the quality of manufactured equipment and provided services: the Honorary Badge "For Quality". This became possible thanks to the modern quality management systems implemented in the company. This also includes customer support at all stages of equipment implementation: assistance in selection, installation and commissioning, staff training, and service support.

JSC "Laser Systems" received an award for the quality of manufactured 3D equipment from the Government of Saint Petersburg. The company became the winner in the category "Best industrial enterprise with 101–250 employees" and was awarded the honorary badge of the Government of Saint Petersburg "For the quality of goods (products), works and services".

High Quality and Customer Trust

The company's goal is to provide its customers only with high-quality products, technologies and services.

JSC "Laser Systems" continuously works on improving all technological and production processes.

The company's quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015, GOST R ISO 9001-2015, GOST RV 0015-002-2012 standards

Additionally, "Laser Systems" holds licenses for space activities; development, production and repair of aircraft equipment; development, production, testing, installation, assembly, technical maintenance, repair, disposal and sale of armed and military equipment; and for work involving information that constitutes state secrets. Some work is carried out under the supervision of the Ministry of Defence's assigned military representative, and in full compliance with Federal Law No. 275.

Project Quality Management Stages

The company has implemented modern quality management systems to achieve high quality indicators for the equipment produced

Quality planning

During this stage, product quality requirements, standards for the execution of all project stages, and documentation regulations are defined. It specifies which tools and actions should be used to meet the requirements listed above.

Quality assurance

Quality metrics are created, collected indicators are analyzed and, on their basis, project documentation is updated. Plans are developed to improve business processes.

Quality control

Quality control is performed at every stage of the work, data about the received product is collected, and characteristics are compared with the required indicators.
