Dmitry Vasilyev answered a question from the host of the open dialogue, Vladimir Solovyov: "When will we be able to print cars on a 3D printer and drive them immediately? Or machines, for example? It sounds very promising. Human organs are already being printed—will this technology be used for industry?"

In his answer, he emphasized that components for machines produced by the company are already being printed on their own 3D printers, and additive technologies are currently developing so rapidly that within the next decade it may become possible to produce fully functional cars using 3D printing.

"The market growth forecasts for additive technologies and 3D printing provided by experts are being revised upwards every six months. This means the market is growing very fast, and the automotive industry is a global leader in consuming additive technology services."

Dmitry Vasilyev also stressed that for the development of such a high-tech field as additive manufacturing, it is necessary to train engineers at Russian universities specifically in working with additive technologies.
