JSC “Laser Systems”, in Partnership with the Segmentable Platform, Launch a Comprehensive Market Research Project Using GigaChat Capabilities


JSC “Laser Systems”, one of the leaders in the production of high-tech Russian equipment, is launching a project focused on comprehensive market research and the development of a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy using advanced AI solutions, including the GigaChat neural network for business and the Segmentable platform.
The project includes:
  • Applied B2B market research across three product areas
  • Target audience segmentation and competitive analysis
  • Development of a Go-To-Market strategy
  • Creation of a Customer Journey Map

For this large-scale AI-driven marketing research project, JSC “Laser Systems” selected a comprehensive solution that combines the capabilities of the GigaChat neural network model — capable of analyzing large volumes of data, identifying patterns and trends, and generating valuable business insights — with the Segmentable platform, which enables deep audience segmentation and consumer behavior analysis.

The research will be conducted in several stages:
  • Data collection: GigaChat will be used to gather and analyze data from various sources, including open sources, social media, forums, and customer reviews.
  • Data analytics: Segmentable will be used to segment the audience based on various criteria such as demographics, interests, behavior, and needs.
  • Conclusions and recommendations: based on the obtained data, experts at JSC “Laser Systems” will formulate insights and recommendations that will be used to develop the GTM strategy and the Customer Journey Map.
