The pulsed wind lidar WINDEX 5000 is a powerful tool for collecting and creating a database of meteorological data for meteorological support of airports, meteorological services, research centers, nuclear power facilities and wind energy enterprises.

WINDEX 5000 provides information on the following parameters: 3D mapping of the wind field in its area of responsibility, vertical profile of wind speed and direction, vertical and horizontal wind shear, presence of dangerous wind phenomena such as aircraft wake vortices, atmospheric turbulence, etc.
