Alcohol Interlock — Vehicle Express Breathalyzer

Designed to assess the presence or absence of ethanol vapors relative to a set threshold in exhaled air, without necessarily determining quantitative ethanol content values measured in standard units.

Facilitates driver authorization and guides the testing process with photo verification of breath samples, enables vehicle immobilization if required by sending control commands to block the engine, and transmits monitoring data to the upper-level system.

Serves as the connecting device between the user’s mobile phone, the ethanol vapor indicator, and the vehicle onboard system. Responsible for receiving and sending control commands and test results, logging events in non-volatile internal memory, and integrating with the vehicle’s digital communication system via the CAN standard.

The server software provides the upper-level system with administrative functions, allowing management of vehicle fleets within one organization, collecting and storing monitoring data transmitted by the mobile application, and facilitating operator interaction with vehicle drivers.
