In 2024, Laser Systems launched the Additive Technologies Center (ATC) at its production facility. The ATC provides contract metal 3D printing services based on customer drawings and 3D models. Printing is performed using SLM technology with metal powders.

ATC facilities include:

  • Additive manufacturing systems with build volumes from 150 mm to 350 mm;
  • Machining section;
  • Metallographic laboratory equipment;
  • Tensile testing machine;
  • Coordinate measuring machine (CMM);
  • Hardness and surface roughness measurement equipment;
  • 3D scanners.
