Custom metal 3D printing
in Saint Petersburg

We provide contract printing of blanks and finished metal parts based on the customer’s drawings and 3D models. Printing is performed using SLM technology with metal powder materials from both domestic and international manufacturers.

Why and who needs it:

Additive manufacturing helps solve tasks related to import substitution of spare parts and repairs, production of unique and complex components, prototyping of experimental products, and manufacturing of end-use parts.

About SLM
Technology

Selective Laser Melting (SLM) is an advanced manufacturing technology in which the volume and shape of a metal part are formed layer by layer using infrared laser radiation. Metal powder is melted by a high-power laser beam at high speed, creating a fully dense, monolithic material layer by layer. The resulting material is comparable in its properties to metal produced by pressure casting. Unlike sintering technologies, SLM ensures high material density and guarantees excellent mechanical and physical properties of the finished parts.
