"Laser Systems" told about its developments to students of Russian universities
School students were able to see how optoelectronic devices are assembled at the company's production: "Alcoramka" - a unique breathalyzer for determining the state of alcoholic intoxication of employees of enterprises, and lidars designed to determine the speed and direction of the wind. The students also tested a multifunctional simulator for cosmonauts - "Odyssey", which was described in detail by the head of the control systems department Timofey Sukhov.
At the end of the excursion, the students were shown the M250 additive selective laser fusion installation, and Dmitry Vasiliev, First Deputy General Director, spoke about the prospects and advantages of the development of additive technologies.
Winter school "It's up to you!" of the All-Russian Student Olympiad "I am a Professional", annually gathers students of different directions from all over Russia, giving them lectures, workshops, as well as excursions to large enterprises and research institutes.
